Cone Crush Tester Digital is a consistent tool to measure the crush strength of cardboard cone, Paper tubes, bobbins & core packaging material. It is based on Radial Crush method. It is designed in such a manner that gradually increasing force is generated & applied on 66% of the surface of the carrier. The sharp collapsing point can be easily detected and a suitable reading can be taken.
The machine offers such an accuracy level that even a minute collapsing point can be easily detected and recorded. The accurate detection is achieved using a Load cell and Microprocessor based digital indicator equipped with the testing device. The machine is operated with advanced digital controls with feather touch operations.
