Tearing Strength Tester HMI model

The Elmendorf tearing strength test is one of the quality tests that will be performed on the materials like thermoplastic packaging films, ventilation tapes, thin films, and fabrics to ensure the tearing strength of these materials against external forces.

Presto has recently launched a tearing strength tester HMI model that is manufactured to evaluate the tearing resistance of these materials against tearing forces. This lab testing instrument has been made with high rugged structure with corrosion resistant main body that will let users use this lab testing instrument for a longer time. It has been designed in accordance with industry standards that include ASTM D1424-09(2013), ASTM D624-00(2012), ASTM D1776, and ASTM D689.

This quality lab testing instrument comes with inbuilt calibration weights and the users will be able to view different test results like tear strength, tear per ply, and average tear strength of the materials.
